‘Peuterpenning’ is the Dutch title meaning; a medal for a toddler and to finger a medal. The sculpture is produced because I did not have any inspiration to make a present for the birth of the baby of a friend. It took so long to find a suitable present the kid was a toddler by the time I started working on it. Him and his mother deserve a medal for waiting. The kid can now play with this object.
