The Dutch Rowing team, performing on the London Olympics 2012. This medal, exhibited in a row, simulates the position men take in the boat. Their portraits are nearly Greek, tough soldiers. There were very high expectations before the Olympics. Innovations should bring the team and the ship to medals. Unfortunately they did not perform well during the in the finals. The Holland 8 boat was the flagship but became a mud barge. This medal became a price for something nobody wants to remember.
